Evergreen at Lewisville Apartments Senior Living

I can't say enough about our Maintenance man Ruberth. I called him on a Sunday morning at 5:30 am and approximately 30 min later he was at my door with a huge smile and took care of my emergency in just a few minutes. He is truly knowledgeable and a pleasure to have around. He knows how important it is to be patient and kind to Seniors.

I have enjoyed living at Evergreen for the past year and a half. We’ve always been well cared for by the staff. With current changes, I am seeing a very positive outlook on the future! The Manager, Sara, is stake charge and get it right kind of manager and I sincerely appreciate that! The current maintenance staff is two young men who truly care about the residents! I’m looking forward to the future!!

Went to see this place. It is so nice and well kept! Kudos to the maintenance staff and the housekeeping staff! Shout out to Keisha (<3), who provided a great smile and an awesome tour, and to Kellie for the big welcome as soon as I walked in. DeeErika was also great. Ran into some tenants who were just so sweet and kind, too. Highly recommend this place! I can't wait to apply when I am 55rys old! Countin' down the days!

I love the residents here. We have a fun time playing cards and board games. We are down a maintenance manager and a housekeeper person so things have not been going well. The office staff is turning things around. The gates are now closed and I feel safer. It will take time to get things standards back where they should be. It is hard to pay rent on a fixed income with the rent rising when you are trying to pay your own way without assistance. I know there are a lot of people worse off than me and need assistance more than me. I have always paid my own way and want to continue paying my own way. I have physical limitations like most seniors so I can’t work anymore. If the owners could help keep the rents under control by getting more tax credits or whatever government programs a
