Refrain from residing in this property. I previously lived at Riverfront Heights, and it is undoubtedly the worst living environment imaginable. From the management staff to the property itself, the area is replete with problematic individuals. Despite the proximity of the police station, there is a complete lack of accountability and effective law enforcement. Respect, order, and a sense of safety are nonexistent. Even within the management hierarchy, there is a pervasive lack of respect and a breakdown in communication and boundaries. The property is plagued by individuals struggling with alcoholism, addiction, and drug consumption, including staff members. My daughter has had issues one after another with her apartment since she moved in the place September 2022 Now she has a rodent infestation and maintenance request is handled very slow. On top of this she works from home, no other options and mice is running out during the day!! BEWARE! I can’t wait until my daughter lease is up so her my grandson can get out of there.

I have all old appliances; i can only use two burners on my stove my dish washer sometimes works my washer i have to reset every load my drier squeaks my ceiling leak when my neighbor showers after 8 a crowd of people on each corner or block when i come home i walk pass a cloud of weed maintenance have came in my house without notice and left a note we were in your house n MY TV (that should be on your door!) left all my lights on the kids from the other complex are wild the kids from this neighborhood graffitied on my porch the list goes on im moving soon so if i could deal with this all for two yrs and you think you could too youll be iight. 3stars =good for what you pay for.

I applied for these apartments almost a month and a half ago. now usually it takes about 2 weeks to know if you’ve been approved or not, but for some reason this took way longer. I constantly reached out and every time I did there was no update. after a while they stopped answering my calls, I would leave messages but would never get a call back. As the leasing manager it is your duty to contact the applicant to notify them of any approvals or non approvals via text email call or usps and I received nothing. At this point I feel I’ve been scammed out of my application fee because there was no work done to my knowledge. My whole experience has been unprofessional and the fact that I can’t get my money back is what really upsets me. I don’t recommend overly priced and will now and have a rep
