DO NOT RENT HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT CLEANLINESS, QUIET, OR SAFETY. Do not rely on a quick tour or five star reviews. Walk the property yourself. Check the dumpsters. Check the parking lot. Visit at night or on weekends. Ask someone on the property how it is. That is the real day to day here. What I dealt with: • Property dirty more often than clean • Dumpsters constantly overflowing • Dog waste left on the grounds • Trash scattered throughout the property • Roaches and insects around dumpster areas • Yelling and loud music at all hours • Doors slamming constantly • Smoke from neighbors seeping into my unit • Police frequently on site • Guests taking assigned parking spots without a care, no matter how many times you ask them not to park in your spot. my name is Robert I have been a resident at Everett apts for over 11 years now, I have watched at least 30 office employees come and go over the years, some good some not so good. The reason I am writing today, something I don't normally due, is to discuss your current employee Jasmin Mendez. She is without a doubt the best person I have dealt with in the front office in those 11 years. Not only has she been incredibly helpful to my wife and I over the last few months. ( medical issues causing financial problems), Jasmin is the most personable customer service person i have dealt with in years , in any field. She has an incredibly sweet personality, and is always there to help. Her smile is infectious and lights up the room, and most importantly it is always there when dealing with

We lived here for a year and really loved it. The grounds are always clean and great to walk through. Loved the greenery and how they maintained it. Maintenance was always very nice and professional. Only reason we moved is because we bought a house. Would recommend!

I spent a-lot of time choosing where i was going to find my very first places with my partner&sister and the Everett has been nothing but amazing so far! Brandi&Gabriel in the leasing office are so kind and attentive and have been so great a communicating with us! The move in was seamless and not confusing at all! The community is very safe, pet friendly, CLEAN, and quiet! But very active which we loved! I met Matthew, the maintenance supervisor, today and he was awesome! Matt&Gabe were very quick to help me with my issues today and got me all set up with no issue! Matt explained everything and made sure all my questions were answered! So far, I am so happy with the choice we made, and i cant wait to see what the future is like at The Everett!

Awful experience living here :,( worst place I’ve ever lived in the city of Las Vegas Everything was very poorly handled by Management we felt Had someone try to enter the apartment when I was home, no notice and they did not wait until after the doorbell was rang for me to come downstairs and open the door Very traumatizing experience Had a neighbor downstairs smoke cigarettes inside their unit which infiltrated our unit for an entire year! When it’s a non-smoking apartment complex! They didn’t ever have the air ducts cleaned knowing this nor did they offer to do anything for us for our suffering! We spent over $500 to have the unit cleaned with hopes that we’d receive our deposit back and they gave us nothing back! After everything we went through, we paid on time every month and we kept
