Evening Star, Buffington Homes

The community and quality of the building is awesome. We are super impressed by the quality of the design and implementation. I know some others have had problems that Buffington had to resolve but from those I spoke to they’ve been addressed so no lingering concerns. They’ve all been very supportive and helpful through the build process as well as the post sales support. I’ve known some other people with older Buffington homes and they said the same. I’m very happy with my new house!

Each community has their own unique style and their prices vary based on the community, and the design options you choose, providing a nice range of affordability depending on your family’s want/needs/budget. Evening Star is such a beautiful and peaceful luxury community. The homes are stunning, the neighborhood is thoughtfully planned, and the location couldn’t be better. I’ve been so impressed with the quality, the layout, and the overall feel of the area. It’s truly a wonderful place to call home, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an upscale community in NWA.

Homes have cheap hvac system. Builder and their attitude so discriminative to outsiders residing in the community. Community has no maintenance. Stay away from this expensively dressed cheap house community.
