Evans Ridge Apartments

The neighbors are noisy and the office does absolutely nothing to help you out even though the policy on the lease is being violated. Also there are many kids in the parking lot without adult supervision running around and kicking balls at parked cars which can be very dangerous. There are always some people loitering on the stairs at night which makes it very uncomfortable to enter your own apartment. I've witnessed countless parties and nights with blast of loud music while I was living there. The worst place I ever lived in and I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Two stars for the fact that there is a nice park for children, a basketball court and paths to walk on. But the staff at the office act like they don’t care. Took forever to get phone calls for maintenance work done returned or answered. When speaking over email once with Sandra and asking her a simple question, she responded with a very rude and condescending tone that felt very unprofessional and nasty. I’ve now left four voicemails with the corporate office and have still not received a call back for over a week. This place acts like they just don’t care. I have never seen anything like it in my life. I’m addition to the attitude of the staff, my unit was falling apart and I constantly had to make multiple requests for things to get fixed only for it to break or fall apart a week or t

Great Spanish community. Parents know how to keep their kids from causing trouble for neighbors. Barely any activity outside at night, leading to quiet and peaceful sleeps. Hold fun activities every once in a while free!

Horrible place,I had very bad experiences from maintenance, not all of them but in specific there’s this old man who genuinely looks like he’s harassing people around when.. if you live here, you pay rent, you don’t get in their business but they try to get in yours. Just save your money and go somewhere else The people in the office are being fired every now and then because they’re very rude, no good service at all The apartments are clean that’s the only good thing I can say about it they don’t have insects but some spiders here and there… Just save your money and go somewhere else

The blamed a electrical fire as a grease fire and then evicted us with a cost of 16 thousand dollars for repairs It’s so bad how they treated us from the beginning to the end
