“I purchased 5 acres of land through Evan’s Realty with the plan to build. After closing, I learned that a quarry project was planned nearby — something the seller (who is also an agent) had been notified about but never disclosed. Because of this, my property value has dropped by more than $100,000 and it’s now very difficult to sell.
