We lived here for a year with mixed feelings. The positives: perfectly located with lots of greenery including Cooper River Park, premium safe neighborhood, walkable to Patco/Haddonfield, and excellent James Johnson Elementary for kids. The condo is quiet with a pool, small gym, and common room. However, the pool only opens in May (weekends only), then daily but afternoons only during summer break. No swimming on hot days in mid-May or September, no morning swims before work. The website mentions shared bikes – complete nonsense, none available. Houses are nice and spacious, but construction is problematic. Walls and floors are paper-thin – kids playing upstairs brought constant neighbor complaints and threats of fines. AVOID THIS PLACE!! I contacted this property because I saw a great price for a one bedroom on their website. It was listed at $1900. I received a text and phone call stating they have 1 bedrooms starting at $2200. I told them currently online it’s listed at $1900. I get a response that the price is incorrect online. It is actually $1985. So, It a matter of minutes I’m receiving 2 different prices. I’m addition to what’s listed online. HUGE RED FLAG. If it’s advertised at a price on your website, you honor that. Otherwise, it’s false advertising, very similar to a bait and switch tactic. Also, the level of immediate dishonesty is unacceptable. I told them that I wouldn’t be interested in doing business with a complex that wants to start out like this with a potential tenant. After reading

Wasted my time Saturday by saying I had a tour scheduled and then when I arrived, no one was there and the leasing office was closed. Waited 40 mins and no one ever showed up. Called them multiple times and no answers. Even left a voicemail and still haven’t heard back at all. Ended up signing a lease elsewhere today bc everything I have experienced without even living there is red flags. The property does look extremely nice, but if trying to even see an apartment for a tour or speak to someone is this difficult, I can’t imagine how they are towards people actively living there.

This property falsely accused me of “damage” and took my entire security deposit. I barely lived there my final months of the lease and they completely took advantage of me. I would never recommend anyone live here and I will be posting all over social media to let everyone know. The pool is barely ever open and the EV chargers are completely out of service. So you pay a $500 amenity fee for no reason. Do not live here. Waste of money.

Had they not mistreated us during move out then I’d give them 4 stars. They didn’t want to pay for wear and tear from 7 years of use by us and previous tenant and passed that cost onto us. There is something cheap and gross about that. If it had been 1 year wear and tear I could agree to some fee but at 7 years there are just things the landlord just has to do themselves so the place is hygienic and brand spanking new for the next tenant that is not my responsibility. They have issues with landscaping and the pool at this complex so if you like both it will bother you that the pool isn’t open every day and they do a poor job with landscape. Appliances and fixtures are all cheap and fall apart.
