If you are able to get in contact with management you are extremely fortunate!I’ve had an application in with them for over 3 years now.I have left over 20 messages with the answering system (which advises the number is used for maintenance but it’s the only number they can provide) and nobody even simply returns a phone call. I must’ve spoken with the same individual over 10 times to no avail.What are really the issues with the property management???I understand this is low income but must you be so inattentive.

Samantha & Debbie dropped the ball tremendously! They let it get to the day of receiving my keys to tell me that I was no longer eligible for a 2bdrm unit because of my new job. It’s been almost 2 months after I already put my security deposit down. They had my paperwork of my new job detail weeks before & waited till the day of. Samantha was very unprofessional about the whole situation. There’s a lot of illegal activity going on with them & Their other complexes Ethal Lauren I & II so I wouldn’t deal with those developments either if you’re a minority.

Very beautiful living space, very well maintained but with one particular nosy neighbor.

Beautiful town houses. No foot traffic ever. Quiet & with security cameras everywhere.
