Evado

My girlfriend and I took a tour today with Dehlon, and it was a great experience! I will be moving from out of state and I felt super welcomed and at home. He took his time explaining and showing us the community. Even while it was raining. We gave him our must haves and what we were looking for and he delivered. We were super surprised and impressed with the amenities at this community. The environment was really nice and clean. The community is well kept and the layouts in the apartments were great! No complaints. Will be super happy to call this place home!

Evado Apartments is truly a wonderful place, I've only toured thus far but we are definitely applying to finally make Evado our new home. The community is peaceful, welcoming, and well-maintained, creating an environment where I felt comfortable and valued. What really makes Evado special, is the incredible staff. Taylor, Kayla, and Dehlon are absolutely amazing.Their dedication and sweet spirits truly set this community apart from all of the other properties we've toured. We can't wait to become apart of this wonderful community!

Since the new management took over, things at Evado have truly transformed! If you’re reading some of the older reviews, I’d take them with a grain of salt this team goes above and beyond to uphold the high standard that Evado is known for. Becka, Kayla, Dehlon, Tayler, Terrance, and Anthony are always upbeat, welcoming, and genuinely make you feel at home. Honestly, the key to loving your experience here is building relationships with the people in the office. I personally stop by often just to say hi, and it makes all the difference. The community here is amazing, and now with the CrossFit gym open, I couldn’t be more ecstatic! Evado feels like more than just a place to live it truly feels like home. We are very happy with these apartments! They are modern and stylish, and everything completely matched our expectations. The apartment is spacious, trash removal is provided, and we were pleasantly surprised by the promotion — the first 3 months at half price, which is a big plus! Another great thing is that every month the community organizes very interesting events, which makes living here even more enjoyable. There’s a whole park and even a spa for dogs, which is wonderful. Unfortunately, there is nothing similar for children — no playground or special areas, which is a bit disappointing. As for the downsides: the stairwells and landings are dusty and have cobwebs. In the fitness center, mobile signal doesn’t work at all, and Wi-Fi is available only for staff — residents cannot use i

Moving into Evado has been an amazing experience! The complex is clean, modern, and welcoming, and the move-in process was smooth and stress-free. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the community feels safe and well cared for. I’d definitely recommended friends and family to Evado if they plan on moving.
