Estates on Main is a wreck, the new owners have zero interest in making our community look nice and taking pride in the grounds. They have new maintenance men that ride around in golf carts doing what looks like nothing. Trash builds up around the dumpster and when I asked, are you planning on getting that cleaned up... they responded "we don't do that, we hire someone to come out and do it". This leaves it almost impossible for the trash company to empty the dumpster. Someone hit and knocked down one of the light poles to light the property area weeks ago and it is still just laying on the grass untouched, wires and all hanging out. I just want to express how truly overjoyed and grateful I am. From start to finish, SADE has been nothing short of amazing. This place is absolutely disgusting in every aspect. Toilet doesn't work in primary bathroom, the light is out in primary bathroom with bugs visible in the lighting, dishwasher leaks but the lying maintenance guy said he fixed it.. yeah right!, can't completely shut patio door or screen door and this is a fire hazard to say the least. Placing work orders for maintenance is like asking Stevie Wonder to tell you what you look like.... Nothing!!! They rush to get you moved in... Everything after that is complete lies!!! WA ch how fast one of the liars respond to this... 🤔

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!! Unless you like living with mice, rats, bugs, Whitehall Cops and maintenance guys who do absolutely NOTHING! Once “CARLTON EQUITIES” took over this place went down hill FAST!! I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. The rent goes up $100-$250 each year you’re living there, water is one flat fee but that will change soon, don’t purchase a CARPORT because everyone will park in your assigned spot because no one cares. Placing maintenance work orders only for them to CANCEL them right in front of your face. Having rats/mice in your apartment and running under your car, Whitehall Cops in the complex every other day. Don’t move here. I’ve had more problems here than I could possibly write. Cancelled maintenance orders, doors that don’t close, dishwasher smoking, accusing strangers of being guests, no fire extinguishers, your required to have 100k in renters insurance and they don’t even maintain the property. It literally says they are not responsible for their own negligence in the lease. I bought a washer and dryer set last year 2025. It’s ruined. Water and debris are now inside my dryer. No accountability. Oh and 2500 to break your lease. Do not move here.
