Broadwood Apartments

I believe this property is under new management now. Today I meet with Kelley she was very professional and knowledgable about the property. I spoke with her about some of the past reviews and she reported many of the issues mention in past reviews have been taken care of. She was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. I plan to apply to move in soon. I will say I did have trouble reaching the office by phone before I went in but now that I see the number on the business card she gave me I had no trouble reaching the office when I used that number. The other number I used I think is a switch board service it may have been listed on zillow. Anthony from maintenance does outstanding work and professional. He is extremely knowledgeable, reliable, and skilled at what he does. every time I needed assistance he responds promptly and fixes it efficiently the right way. Anthony has a positive attitude with respect and goes above and beyond. I have always got high quality results. Having someone dependable and trustworthy has made my overall experience great. I have owned a house for nearly 21 years and recently I have decided to sell my home. My children moved out and are off to college so there wasn't a need for the big house. I came across Broadwood Apartments because it's very convenient to shopping centers and it's a nonsmoking community. If I could give this property, no stars I WOULD!! The leasing office Nevers picks up the phone so i could schedule a tour. I came in one day and the lady that was in the office I believe she said her name was Kayla was in the office smoking a vape not sure if it was marijuana or nicotine. The property is no smoking according to the website and reviews so that was my first red flag IT WAS UNPROFFESIONAL. I'm sure there are cameras located throughout the building where you could see, or they don't work and

I love our new apartment! We have had such an amazing experience. Kayla is literally the best we love her so much and the maintenance guy Anthony does an amazing job!! He’s very quick and he can fix literally anything.

We really appreciate our apartment and the management team here. Kayla, the property manager, has been great—always professional and easy to communicate with. Anthony from maintenance is quick and efficient, fixing any minor issues right away. It’s been easy and comfortable living here, and we truly love our apartment!
