Estates of McKinney

Absolutely the best place to live. Excellent staff from the front office to maintenance. They are all phenomenal and very personable in everything they do. Whitney has been outstanding from day 1. I feel "at home" here. The unit is spacy and open. Quiet community. Lots of great neighbors. Seems to be a great mix of ages too. There is a walking trail directly behind one of the buildings. Although I don't use it often, it is nice. I walk through the community because I love seeing others and saying hi. To me, that's community! The pool is wonderful. We've lived here at Estates of McKinney for over a year and have had a great experience with zero issues. Honestly, this has been the best experience and we are sad to move because everything has been so great. It’s a nice, quiet and safe community. Our neighbors are great and we haven’t really heard them at all. The interiors are beautiful and the neighborhood is clean. Tiana helped us during our move out process and she was awesome.

⸻ I’ve lived at the Estate of Mckinney for over a 1 yr and I just love it. It for one is a very, very clean property.When I walk my dog I have noticed in the year that I have lived here, I have only seen dog waste two times. Literally, everybody picks up which is super important to me and my dogs so neither of us walk through anything left on the ground. I’ve lived in luxury properties and it was a mess. People didn’t pick up after their dogs, but I have not experienced that here, management stays up on making this place a priority, keeping a pleasant place to call home . it’s clear they really care about the residents and keeping a comfortable and peaceful quiet atmosphere. From the first call until after moving in Tiana was more than helpful. She was attentive and always available to answer all my questions. I moved from out of state so it was a bit stressful and with her help and guidance it made the process a lot easier! If it wasn’t for her being so kind from that first call I made to inquire about the apartment I don’t think I would have considered moving in.

Just moved here not too long ago and all I have to say is I’m extremely happy and satisfied with everything! Starting from the staff, the first day we walked in we were greeted by Whitney, she was absolutely amazing, knowledgeable and very friendly… The property is super clean and extremely well maintained! I’ve moved to a lot of different places but this place truly makes me feel like home. I highly recommend giving this place a try!
