They did what they said they would do in their contract and in their explanations of what they offer. Such as; Consignment on items unsold (at their choice), Disposal of items, Coordination of some home repairs, Minor security- extra staff hired for the sale when needed. Estates by J and J will work with you as well as figure out a way to liquidate most any item- even without meeting you. What you may need from the sale, may go unheeded. Daily earnings are accounted for, except inventories, no insurance (use your own). There is room to improve professionalism. First they removed items before the sale that was never returned. They took my printer and tried to replace it with their old one. The agreement was they were going to do it for three days and they only did two. But the worse thing was that the agreement was they would get 35% of sales and they took 50% of the sales. I would not recommend them.

My husband and I were very impressed with estate sales by J&J. They were knowledgeable on the prices. They worked days before the sale, and even after the sale, they cleaned up. I can't say enough about this place...went above and beyond what was expected and the people are compassionate and attentive. You will NOT be disappointed if you hire this company. They made this time VERY easy for us, we did not have to lift a finger, they handled everything for us including cleaning out the place after the sale.
