Estate at Woodmen Ridge

This is the best property ever. Excellent customer service, they cater to residents. Always very attentive from the staff at the office to the maintenance team. Property is always clean and above PAR. Ramona adds peacefulness to the office. Reuben, Brian and Jeremy are top notch.

I would like to warn anyone wanting to move into these apartments that they WILL send you to collections!!!! In 2023, my best friend and I lived in a 2-bedroom apartment with no issues and enjoyed our space. However, when the lease was up and we re-signed for a 3-bedroom to bring a significant other into the lease. We were told we would have to pay a new security deposit, but it wasn't until a year of living in the 3-bedroom apartment that we found out we were sent to collections for the utilities and security deposit from our 2-bedroom apartment sitting unnotified for a year WHILE STILL ACTIVELY LIVING IN THE COMPLEX. This affected everyone on the lease as this was on our credit report and lowered our credit scores. Management was completely unhelpful in trying to understand what the coll

Thank you Brian and Reuben for the professional, friendly and quality service you both provide!! Based on my experience this is a safe, family friendly place to live. The view is nice, the staff are great, the community areas are always clean. This has been a great time living here. If there are any maintenance request , including emergencies the staff is great about getting in contact with. Like I said the amenities are great!! I have nothing but great things to share :)

Great place to live! The apartments are clean, quiet, and well-kept. Management is helpful and quick to respond, and the location is very convenient. I’m very happy here and would recommend it to others.

Romona is the best! She was so helpful with providing me and my mother so much information about this location and even another location. Helped us with multiple tours and provided great customer service! She really deserves a cart for touring! Highly recommend go see her.
