I lived here for a year and absolutely loved it. The community was peaceful, my neighbors were always considerate, and I felt safe at all times thanks to the visible security presence. Maintenance responded to any concerns within a day, and the office staff was consistently helpful and professional.

The apartments are fine but the staff is so incompetent that it ruins the entire experience. Move-in was a nightmare, the apartment was in disarray when I moved in, with busted drawers, busted cabinets, cockroaches, and more. When I called up the after-hours maintenance number to help me with the cockroach infestation, the woman was not just rude, she was unbelievably cruel, and repeatedly hung up when I tried to ask for help. I had just moved into town, spent a significant amount of time, effort, and money to sign the original lease, I didn’t know anyone in town, and here’s Estancia shoving me in a cockroach-infested apartment with zero concern. We are so happy living at Estancia! Our apartment space is so nice & fits us perfectly. We love our huge balcony! The complex is peaceful, quiet, clean, & very well maintained. We love the trees, flowering shrubs & privacy. We have friendly neighbors & feel safe here. Our parking spot is covered & right out front of our apartment. The Estancia management & maintenance team are excellent & are on top of everything! They are very friendly & respond quickly to any issue. Thank you so so much! I have loved living here for the past year, Sherry and Kimberly are both great. Maintaince is always fast and helpful. It’s quiet, beautiful and a nice overall place to live.

I love living here I feel safe and for the most part it’s a quiet complex. The rooms and closets are spacious and it’s so cute and cozy. Maintenance staff is also friendly and helpful. It’s also convenient because the grocery store is right across the lot. Overall haven’t had any problems! (Knock on wood lol) Love living here!
