Move in here if you don't mind not having any way to control your hot and cold water, don't mind being two weeks without a working dishwasher and stove, don't care about no hardware on your cabinets, or if you don't care that you have no smoke detectors, or if you're cool with not being able to use the right side of your kitchen sink bc it doesn't drain and leaks , or if you don't mind that your garbage disposal doesn't work. This is also the perfect place to live if you love having your calls ignored by the office and having to take time out of your day to remind them for the 4th time everything wrong with your apartment. My A/C unit went out took them two months to fix had to buy my own portable unit and told me that they would not be able to reimburse me for the unit after they told me they would because it was a curtain purchase date which it should not matter apartments are falling apart DO NOT RECOMMEND

I am not usually one to write a negative review because I often try to give people grace. However, if I can help future residents with this warning, I will do so. I highly recommend you DO NOT rent here. My husband and I moved here in 2020 after just getting engaged and it was our first place together. This was back when the apartments were called Villas at Tension Park. The buildings and utilities were old, but it was affordable at the time and close to our church. The management from the beginning was not very supportive. We got news in 2021 that Lurin would be buying the complex and their name changed to Estancia Estates. We hoped for changes but were quickly disappointed. The office hardly picks up the phone and when you call about an ongoing issue it is like they have memory loss. Du

BIGGEST ERROR EVER!!!! Worst apartments to live in. Trash all around the property, full of homeless people getting into vacant units. Never answer the phone for any maintenance issues that you might have. I’ve been placing a work order for the a/c unit for over 4 months and nothing has been done. They moved me from unit because of maintenance problems and never closed the old lease and had me active on two units. By the time they closed the lease on the old unit, they already had me in collection with a charge that I wasn’t supposed to get because of their lack of work. DO NOT RENT ON THESE APARTMENTS!!!!!
