If I could leave 0 stars I would this apartment complex is a money pit. I have gotten my car broken into twice!! Management does not want to add more cameras. On top of that they stole my car and once again nothing was done. ON TOP OF THAT WE HAD NO WATER FOR ALMOST A WEEK. Spoke to the OWNER of the building and he told me if I don't like it I can move. Do yourself the favor and don't bother spending your money here.

My family and I have been living in Estancia for about one year and we love it! The complex is very well kept and my kids love the play ground and pool. The staff is well trained and attentive to our needs. The 2 bedroom is spacious, my wife loves the amount of cabinet space available.

I called about a unit and was told it would be open June 1st so I had to come in and apply. I came in the following day and purcilla denied saying the unit was coming available said she made a mistake but their website and their cl posting say june 1 2020 upstairs unit. I even spoke to mitsy the manager and she told me something different aswell. I feel it was a racial thing they made me feel very uncomfortable so I'll be contacting corporate. I'd give 0 STARS OF I COULD.

Horrible place! Gardner is always nosing around tenets cars. The assistant manager and manager are rude and play this game of having people move in, then kick them out after a few months. Don't stop here at all, you'll just lose your money.

Comfortable living here the past 3 years, girls in the office are easy to get along with. But the parking sucks so hard no one ever wants to come over.
