Desert Horizon Apartments

This is the worst place to live at these apartments are like a concentration camp you have no peace of mind the maintenance man thinks he’s the manager him and the manager all they do is harass people they don’t fix anything around they do all kinds of weird inspections but nothing gets fixed there is no parking for visitors you have to show them you are the owner of your vehicle in order for you to park inside the whole time I lived there I was miserable I don’t recommend these apartments at all I’m not the only one who feels the same way there are so tenants that feel the same but stay because they can’t afford to go anywhere else.

I’m still waiting to be called it’s been 3 years already and I’ve gone to the office a couple of times called so many times and Notting yet. I hope it’s not like a pick and choose type of problem I’m dealing with here I understand about helping family out but do your job people. Because in the end you need your job more than that family your trying to help.

I would give 0 stars if I could. New Management is a joke and are completely rude. Instead of focusing their time and money on the outside they should be taking care of the inside. Covered it filth and roaches

I've lived here for over 13yrs. It is a well established property and the Office Mgr. & Maintenance guy are very good, kind and can always be available to take care of any questions, or issues that may come up. They follow thru what they say.

I would give it 0 stars if I could it has cockroaches all over the place and all they care about is the outside the "looks"
