I've resided in this condominium for over six months now, and unfortunately, there are several issues that need addressing. Firstly, the carpet is noticeably stained, giving the common areas an unkempt appearance. Additionally, the poorly lit areas pose a safety concern, particularly in the evenings. Moreover, the internal staircase in the hallway leaves much to be desired and makes a negative impression on residents and visitors alike. Despite my efforts to communicate with the maintenance team regarding issues in my bathroom for the past three weeks, I have yet to receive a response or see any resolution. Management demands that you pay fees and sign a lease for an apartment that you've never seen. We were shown a "similar" apartment in another building with major leaks, shoddy wall repairs and a kitchen with appliances blocking storage cabinets. Despite the exterior modifications, the interior hasn't changed since the 1970s. Hallways and staircases are poorly lit and the hall carpet is filthy and musty. They will schedule viewings of the actual apartment and cancel less than an hour prior. Grounds are poorly kept and trash is left around the dumpster. Complaints from management regarding trash and excessive noise after hours are posted on doors but nothing seems to get done. These issues were experienced under Cassie, Nicole, and Michelle's management, so nobody can claim ignorance. Avoid

Michelle is such a sweetheart! I loved her aura, and she made the process applying so easy and straight forward. The best impression I ever came across, so I have no doubt the community is just as amazing as her!

Extremely dirty place, the halls stink, residents request maintenance in the apartments and maintenance is never done, expensive rent and they don't do the minimum of their duties.
