We had a very disappointing experience living here. When we moved in, we were not allowed to complete a proper move-in inspection. We were only shown a model unit, and when we entered our actual apartment, it was very different from what had been presented. From the beginning, the apartment had several maintenance and structural issues. Since moving in, we have submitted multiple maintenance requests to repair these problems. Now that we have decided not to renew our lease, we are being charged for repairs on items that have already been fixed before and continue to break, such as cabinet doors and the microwave door. It is frustrating to move into an apartment with existing defects, not be allowed to document them properly at move-in, and then be charged to repair those same issues lat
We truly love living here! The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The maintenance team is wonderful as well—any requests are handled quickly and efficiently, which gives us so much peace of mind. I absolutely love my apartment, it feels like my own little sanctuary. The property is beautifully maintained, and you can tell they really care about the community. Spring and summer are my favorite seasons here—the flowers are gorgeous and the pool area is such a nice bonus. I would highly recommend living here!
The staff (office & maintenance) are very nice but some buildings have mice & that terrifies me! I’ve seen one in my place & I’ve only been here about 4 months. Winter is coming I hope I don’t see any more! I’ll be ready to leave at that point! Heck I’m ready now just seeing one rodent!
Everything was Lovely. So, much that I came back for 2nd go round. Second time living with Stone ends apartments was a Breeze . Administration & Staff will take care of you. And Maintenance gets the job done. A Special Shout out to Mercy!
Horrible experience here. Which makes me sad. Pest control could not be controlled/mice, for quite some time, we had to get out. Thank God we did! Pest control issue was ongoing since September 2023. 🤮 only person that worked there with an actual heart and could tell they were genuine there, was Mercy. We will miss her! 🤟
