Essence Property Management

When I moved Park Villa, I understood it was a smoke free property for 55+. 30.5% of the people smoke & vape in their home or patio home causing more damage to the problems we already have. I'm a 74 yr old disabled woman, & nothing is being done, no warnings. We are old, & we just want a place to live for the remainder of our lives.

Unit is cozy and maintenance is reasonable time wise. I like the feeling of being in a home and not an apartment but still having the conveniences of apartment living i.e. yard is taken care of for me as well as driveway is cleared. The appliances are updated and I like having central air and not one of those loud wall units. I also like being close enough to a grocery store where I can quickly get things that I need, but farther away from the inner part of saint cloud. The management team are kind and pleasant to deal with!

I have been living here for over 3 years and I’ve seen property managers come and go. Some better than others. However, by far, the best manager is our current manager, Terry. Terry, with help from our maintenance man Joe, has significantly improved the living conditions here. He responds to issues immediately and always follows through. Terry is also very friendly and approachable. He spends time getting to know us and even hanging out. I can’t even remember the last time I’ve had a complaint. Keep up the awesome work Terry! We’re grateful to have you.

Essence property has been a great company to rent from. The property manager is a great person and always cares about their tenants. The people at essence property management have been wonderful to work with and they show interest in their tenants and future tenants. I had such an amazing time working with essence property management.

Liberty Glen Townhomes used to be a great property until it was sold to an old, discriminatory, white man and began being managed by Essence. First off they transitioned the online portal from Appfolio to some other system that is far inferior. There were actually two system switches that we had to register for which was an annoyance but likely not something future residents should have to deal with. Not only were we no longer able to see our lease online but we were unable to see additional charges like utilities. This company also made us regress to the early 2000s by providing all communications on physical pieces of paper stuck in the door of our townhouse vs. Sending them digitally through the app or via email.
