Very good experience with Paul Hunter and his team from beginning to end! We bought our new home that has already been available and was ready to move in. We like everything about the home. Paul Hunter and his team were very professional, nice, helpful, and get things done as requested! Would recommend to others to buy home at this new community without any reservation!!

Terrible experience overall. We were misled during the buying process, and after moving in we’ve faced repeated problems especially with plumbing issues. These homes feel rushed and low quality. Even with warranties, new issues keep coming up. After only two months, we’re considering selling. Would not recommend.
