**Don’t live here!!** Zero stars if I could. I hate to do this but I have been told by former management to leave a review here in the hopes the owners see it and do something. Our kitchen sink has been backing up anytime upstairs or next door is used since February 7th. Our master bathroom sink has been unusable since the snow storm 1/24. Both because of a clog in the line. There’s no emergency maintenance line easily accessed. There’s rarely anyone in the office who can help. Calling usually goes to a voicemail that never gets returned. The owners inherited a lot of unpaid plumbing bills from the previous property management, and they aren’t paying up and doing what is needed to take care of the people that live here now. No plumbers will come out because they owe them money. The pipes

Please do not move here. Nothing is worth this. You will pay money to suffer. And that's why the property owners contracted the new management company: to make tenants suffer. When they took over last fall/winter, the first property manager, Suzy, sent out an introductory letter that said - and I'm not kidding - that she truly believes no one is innocent so if we bring anything to her, make sure we are willing to own up to our part of anything. That was weird. What's weirder is she called me one day and said she had ordered a new stove for our apartment. There were a lot of things wrong with the one we had. She said it would be there by next week. A few weeks go by, she says it will just be a day or two. Then she sends people to our apartment. They look at our refrigerator to see

Since RYSE mgmt took over a few months ago, it's gotten worse. Not only does nothing get fixed, but management will target you if you raise an issue. They don't have maintenance or emergency maintenance. They say they do. They have a number for them even, but no one ever answers. You have to call the fire department to help you with emergency maintenance. Then the fire department chastises you for not calling the emergency maintenance, even though you did, but they don't exist. Then, you have to spend your own money to fix repairs, which defeats the purpose of renting.

Don’t live here if you can help it. I have had an abundance of issues since moving in. My AC stopped working both summers I lived here. Both times it reached well above 90 degrees—so make sure you have another place to stay when this inevitably happens. The water heater in my bedroom broke in the middle of the night and flooded my bedroom along with the little boy’s bedroom on the floor below me—signaling that maintenance on this water heater had not been kept up with in years. It took an outside company over a week to get the carpet ripped up and replaced; and even then, the carpet was installed extremely poorly. It started coming back up the day it was “replaced” (by “replaced”, I mean the original carpet was simply nailed back down)—stains, mildew and all. Normally, I wouldn’t mind wait

My dad lived here for almost 20 years. I visited on the weekends most of my life but I lived here full time for the last 6 years. We moved out in August 2024. This is the absolute worst place anyone could live. If I could post the pictures I would. Just in the last 5 years, our apartment flooded on SEVERAL occasions. The emergency maintenance man pretends like he doesn't understand me when I (a woman) call but completely understood when my father called so I can only assume he's sexust. These multiple floodings damaged tons of my property and made the apartment unlivable. It reeked of mold and gave me terrible migraines for months and the apartment refused to compensate us in anyway. We still had to be pay rent in full. Mind you my father is disabled so he stayed in the apartment almost 24
