Esplanade Apartments D Block

The maintenance team here is always super friendly, quick to respond, and great about keeping us in the loop. Today, Cole helped us out with a clog issue—he showed up really soon after we sent in the request and was super nice and professional. It’s awesome knowing we can count on the team to take care of things so quickly. Really appreciate all their hard work!

1 star is a compliment. The trash areas at all properties are pouring out of the concreted areas. Absolutely disgusting and a health factor. One pool and hot tub have been shut down from the health department for 6 months now. And all 4 hot tubs are broken. They charge ridiculous prices for amenities that are not even available. The staff in the office is the most rude housing company I’ve ever met. Not to mention the homeless people that bathe in the showers right outside the pool. This place is just a mess and should be torn down. Cannot wait till the lease is up and I know other residence are the same way. Don’t be surprised if you randomly get an email saying you haven’t paid your bills because they want more money. If someone had a lawyer to sue you’d make a profit for this pathetic c

This apartment complex (Block D) is located at a walkable distance from a shopping center. A very nice Park is located in front of the building. Apartments are smaller in size and rents are relatively higher. Bathrooms are inside the bedrooms. Maintenance service is good. Mr. Anthony is nice and listens to tenants problem. Patio is the best part of the apartment and the bathroom is the worst one, because it's too small in size. On site laundry room is there and it is fairly managed.

I want to say thanks so much to our favorite Maintenance employee Carlito!!! He is always super efficient and quick to help you with whatever goes wrong in your unit. And the nicest person you can ever meet,THANKS CARLITO!!

Carlos S. Came and installed 2 new fire alarms and it took less than 5 minutes. He was very respectful and very helpful.
