I went with Esperanza at first when buying a home in McAllen, TX. It seemed like they were just trying to get us into contract, they wouldn't listen to my concerns. Finally I decided to get my lawyers involved and they made a run like roaches! They broke our contract and decided to keep my down payment of 10 k!! They are a shady company, so shady I went out of my way to warn Laredo's market as well!! Stay away
