We stopped by for a quick outreach visit and had the pleasure of meeting Latrice and Valentina. From the moment we walked in, they were friendly, welcoming, and easy to talk to. They took the time to connect with us and made the visit smooth and comfortable. You can tell they care about what they do and take pride in their work. Jan 14 7:15 AM Cleaning lady just proved my point about enployees harassing me. I just woke up this morning and went to the restroom on my way out of the building and when I got out the restroom the cleaning lady mumbled something under her breathe so I looked back to see if she was talking about me and she had her phone out recording me. So I recorded her back. This is getting ridiculous you guys. You are violating my right to quiet enjoyment. Had issues like this before with security they have a photo of my ID and walked me back to my room at one point. After we called the office, I thought it was all a misunderstanding, but now that your cleaning lady is recording me after I was done using the restroom, its clear this establishment isn't taking anything seriously.

My mom lives at this beautiful community and I feel secure that she safe. The staffing is amazing and attentive and she enjoys her interactions with them. We are very satisfied with this nice clean community with amazing amenities. And on top of it all it's affordable for her. She loves it so, so do I!

These are considered “luxury” apartments but since living here for almost a year and have yet to see all of the gates working at the same time . Sadly there is a lot of homeless visitors who you will see in front, in and across from the property. If safety is part of your consideration in a community, I would reconsider. Don’t take my word for it, you will see you can enter at anytime currently. If you are lost, it’s the community with only one working light at the top of the building at night. I loved living in my prior Widener community so not all are bad but this is just some of many issues within this developing community and management. - Please see below as these issue go back past 3 years.

I lived here for just under a year, at first my experience was great and it quickly went downhill. As previous reviews mention, the gates are always broken allowing anyone entry, homeless hang outside the 16th street entrance/exits to the building, and the elevators were down a lot within my one year. The tenants on my floor were noisy and children are constantly running up and down the halls screaming/yelling. Weekends are also a free for all since there is not office staff, if your parking spot is by an elevator you'll be blocked in more often than not and be told just to wait. The office wasn't much help in these matters and ultimately I decided to move out. My move out experience wasnt much better. I spent a lot of time cleaning my apartment from top to bottom and ultimately received v
