My goodness, I can't say enough great things about Erin and the attention she gives her clients. She made my Mom and I feel like we were her only clients (even though I knew we weren't). I moved my Mom to B/CS from New Mexico and there were so many moving parts that I was easily overwhelmed. Erin made a difficult situation feel manageable. She didn't waste my valuable time, she showed empathy, was easy to communicate with, didn't make me feel like I was asking silly questions, and was with me through every step of our transaction. There are a lot of great people in our area to choose from for your real estate needs but Erin Boeker adds that personal touch that is so comforting and reassuring. Five stars aren't enough.

My husband and I are first time homebuyers and Erin made sure to explain the process to us perfectly. She told us all about the ups and downs we could be facing. She felt like a mom looking out for us and we could tell she just wanted the best for us. She was recommended to us by our lender who is from a different city and she made sure to keep continuous contact with our lender as well. In summary, Erin has a great work ethic and we highly recommend her! 10/10 experience! P.S. She met us when I was pregnant and when we had our baby boy we toured some homes and she would even offer to carry him while we looked around. Erin took care of us like we were family! She will always have a special place in our hearts because she helped us purchase our new home.
