They gave the house just enough of a facelift (new paint, kitchen appliances, light fixtures, refinished floors, minor repairs) but not too much, and their contractors did a great job in a timely fashion. They staged the house beautifully. Other real estate agents said that everything was “spot on.” They were very accessible by phone and email, and they made the whole process very transparent, guiding us expertly through negotiations with the buyer.
