It gives me a lot of pleasure to write this review. I rented a condo on 12th Street near the Biltmore from Erickson, specifically Kendra, for about 14 months. Was an extremely pleasant experience all the way around. The few times I had maintenance issues, they were attended to immediately and thoroughly. I have moved more times than I can count in my adult life and have rented a lot of properties in different states. Mostly all good experiences, including this one. If the opportunity presented itself again, I would rent from Kendra and Erickson again without hesitation.

I had a scheduled house tour with Wally, he did not show up, and he did not answer my calls. I confronted the Reality Group and he called me back, accusing me of “lying” saying he was there, which he in fact was not because we were there and the neighbors even seen us parked waiting for 45 minutes in the driveway. He used slander while yelling at me, talking over me and hung up on me twice. This is a very unfortunate and unprofessional representation of this property. If you’re the owner of the property on S. Nash Way in Chandler AZ, I hope you find better representation of your beautiful home. After reading reviews, Wally needs to be held accountable for his actions. Never will my family or friend rent any of Ericksons Properties.

Beware of this firm. They will keep funds from deposits over trivial items just so they can make a buck. Best to go with a more professional/reliable company that wont Scrooge you out of your money. Stay clear of Erickson.

We have been tenants in a property managed by Erickson Realty for the past three years. From signing the lease, rent payment, to repair requests this company has exceed our expectations in professionalism and tenant care. On the rare occasion that repairs have been required, I found the on-line manitenance request form easy to use. Response to requests have been quick, usually by 9 AM the following morning. The repair technicians have been prompt and professional. I highly recommend Erickson as a property managment company.

Horrible. Wally has pretended my lease does not.exist and threatened bodily harm on those he does a knowledge. Stray far away of the property you are looking at is managed by this crook.
