Erickson Place Apartments

I have lived here for over 3 years and have had no issues! My 1 bedroom unit is very quiet & cozy and thankfully I've had good neighbors as well. The owner, Rob is a great guy and has always been very easy to contact. I never had any problems getting maintenance issues fixed when requested. Great square footage for the price with an in unit washer/dryer and dishwasher. Plus it was nice to be next to a park with a skatepark and basketball hoops; definitely a bonus! Grateful to have found this place when I did.

I’ve lived in a 1 bedroom apartment here for about 5 years. Rob and Traci are wonderful, straightforward owners. They have promptly addressed the small handful of issues or maintenance I’ve had over my time here. The units are well-maintained and a great deal for the money. Downtown Beaverton is within walking distance (~1 mile), and there’s an awesome Saturday farmers market (one of the better ones in the Portland metro area). As the other reviewer mentioned, Evelyn M. Schiffler park is a cool spot nearby to relax and throw a ball around. Overall great apartments!

Best apartments in Beaverton! Rob, the owner, has been nothing but amazing! They let you venmo rent every month, the apartments are very spacious with washer and dryers. Plus they very affordable! Anytime you need maintenance they are very quick to get someone to help! It's a bonus there is a park a block away!

Lived here for a year and loved it! The price is reasonable and rob the owner is the coolest guy truly cares about his tenants. Rooms are a bit small but they work. Parking was never a issue and neighbors are very nice!

The place is very moldy the smell of mold is strong. The owner of the apartments kicked out some people for no reason what's so ever. We talked about the mold issue to the Manager all she did was say that it's "normal" in the state of Oregon umm… I don't think so. Anywho I really wouldn't recommend living here
