I live next to one of their rental properties. I have complained consistently to them for 2 years. As has our whole block. Their tenants sold drugs out of the home. Our entire block of neighbors reported the situation to police hundreds of times, the spokane housing authority, and elder abuse services. They told me over a month ago that the tenant was out at the end of September 2025. It's now the 17th of October and people are still coming and going. I called yesterday to inform them of this yet again. They said no one was allowed to be there and that they'd call the cops. They also said they would be out to board up the property the next day. No boards, no cops showed up. Today I call them again and inform them there are 2 people currently in the house. At no point in these 2 calls was I

All employees here are so wonderful. They listen and they do their best to make sure they find a home for you that works with your budget and are very transparent with everything and easy to work with. I have had nothing but a great experience with Ericks Realty. They truly do go above and beyond. Thank you so much! I have always had communications with Kim and Michelle and they are absolutely wonderful and on the ball.

I’ve called and used the contact form on their website to inquire about a listing on their site, it’s been weeks, no response. I tried again to give another chance, as a new rental property came available. This time I was able to connect with Jeff who showed us the property same day. It was incredibly spotless, and he was great about listening to my concerns and giving us all of the information we needed to make an informed decision! Update: We’ve been renting with Erick’s Realty for about two months now and they’ve been amazing! My daughter and I are so happy in our new home. I’m so grateful to Jeff and his crew for helping us, and am so glad I decided on that second chance.

You want to know what this place and these people's done for me.. First, when I had no place, out of work, these guys put me in a empty building with a blow up mattresses, and told me where the jobsite was in the morning. What time will be there?. . Two days later, I was arrested at gun point on that very job I speak of. Second, they gave it/me another chance! Third, "A THIRD CHANCE!" The Bible says, (quote) " you are to always entertain strangers for lest, You never know when they are angels unawares!. " Thx!

I moved here from out of town and am disabled. I had difficulty filling out the application but thankfully Michelle the secretary helped me. Jeff E., Patty and Aerial are all so nice and welcomed me on my lovely rental. Thank you
