ERA Rental Office

Do not rent from ERA. There places are dumps, the owners dont give a crap. They dont give anything, they dont communicate with you or even acknowledge a maintenance request. My place always smells like cat pee and I have no cat. The pipes under kitchen sink smell like something died in them.Cant shut closet door because no handle even though they said i would get one. That was a year ago. Broken windows that I had to tape, holes in walls, ceiling in Bathroom is starting to fall down. Big hole that mice are coming in that they dont do anything about bc mice and roaches are renters responsible. Rent is to high for the dumps we live in.
