Unpayed for work done on property's forced to put a lein. Sure owners will be unpleased.

No regard for their tenants!! No hot water in my unit 3 weeks later still no resolve. They ignore my calls and e-mails. I have something living inside my walls. No exterminator has come out nor have they scheduled one. I have a ton of issues that should have been fixed but they were only concerned about getting the lease signed. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! The apartment is nice but the management of it is TRASH! TRUE SLUMLORD!

Always ask for Lindsay Morrison! From day one Lindsay made an incredibly stressful situation so much easier. We relocated from Florida and I had to come up early to start my job while my wife and kids remained in Florida. Lindsay stayed in contact with both my wife and I via text so we could all stay on the same page across 1000 miles. She always made time to show us houses across all parts of the city. When my wife came up for a weekend, Lindsay was available to show her a bunch of houses in a short period of time, one of which ultimately was the house we selected. I never worried about what was happening on the back end between the mortgage lenders and title companies because she stayed in constant communication with us. I have been with this property for 3 years, they never answer the phones it takes them forever to contact you. I had to have a heater in my living room, dining room & both bedrooms because they claim the heat was on durning the winter and it was not. I have just moved in June of this year and they are stating that i owe them money, i returned my keys in as well as my 30 day notice and i keep getting the round around concerning my deposit and the unkown balance. Very unprofessional management.

So far Im happy with the way our complex is being managed. It took a little longer to get it together than I had hoped but-The managers listen to us and they get done whats needs done. They will be raising rent at the first of the year but Im all for this change. They are actually using the extra funds to make our living space better! Are installing cameras and extra lighting. Keep up the good work
