Ali Crook is the absolute best! Selling my townhouse came with its fair share of ups and downs, but Ali was a steady, reassuring presence throughout the entire process. She was incredibly patient, always calm, and took the time to answer all of my (many!) questions with kindness and professionalism. Jerry and Tracy were so helpful in our search for a new home.
