Era at PARK 216 Luxury Apartments

Looks are deceiving. I lived at Era at Park 216 for 12 months. I didn't renew my lease because all of the water meters randomly run even when there's no water running. The property manager claims there's nothing wrong with the meters. However, while I lived there 6 different plumbers came to check the meters. A guy from the water company changed my meter but the new one did the same thing that the old one did. Please be aware that when you move in you won't get a bill for a couple months. If you stand and watch your meter for a while, you will see your meter run. Just make sure that you don't have any water running. Please be wary that they WILL overcharge you before you move. I was overcharged for my water bill. I found out by calling the company, and they reasoned that this apartment complex “estimated” my total cost in October (I moved in November). Why am I being charged for an estimate when I didn’t use that much water? They also told me not to worry about a particular bill, and they recently charged me for that, too. Their excuse for that was “it was taken out late.” It was taken out late because YOU explicitly told me not to worry about it. This entire complex is a scam! Loved touring with Charlie!! She’s so sweet and made everything super easy to understand. You can tell she really cares about people and doesn’t just want to ‘sell’ you an apartment she actually listens and makes you feel comfortable. Jin Park at the front desk, always welcomes us with a warm smile. She’s extremely professional and always ready to go above and beyond to assist residents. Every Friday, there’s fresh fruit at the front desk, along with a kind greeting to start the day on a positive note. The maintenance team is also cheerful and efficient, always quick to resolve any issues. Clay does a fantastic job, organizing fun and engaging activities for the residents. I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a place to rent – it’s truly a wonderful place to call home!
