I have rented with Kim Hall for years now and to tell you he has been a blessing is an understatement. As a single woman renting can be horrible with the wrong landlord or property manager. Nightmare stories out there. Not me, he has fixed what needed fixed quickly, keeps my rate steady, and answers my calls & texts immediately. The lady at the front desk who takes my payment is always smiling and wishing me a great day. I enjoy seeing her and have nothing but good experiences with ERA and there associates.
