Equity National Title

Equity National provided the worst experience I have ever had purchasing a home. The attorney they sent it the closing brought documents to the table not previously disclosed to the seller’s attorney. They also failed to arrange for checks or wires to be provided to the seller at closing. I went to the closing which was not in fact a closing despite Equity receiving the mortgage from my bank. The attorney also failed to take my closing check at the table. I was left having to reach out to Equity to figure out what to do with this check and arrange an overnight FedEx. Despite assurances they would overnight the check the day of closing, they failed that. They also failed to send it the next day. They finally sent the checks to the seller two days later. But the checks were not legal checks
