I have had the pleasure of working with EMC for past 3 years. Don Goodman and his team are professional, attentive & caring towards all parties involved. As a commercial tenant, they have always been available to our concerns, responded promptly and offered assistance whenever and wherever needed. I would definitely work with EMC again and highly recommend them.

As a vendor for over 3 years now, we are happy with the support and professionalism of the EMC office staff. Despite the magnitude of pressure and the busy day-to-day business, they still manage to find the time to take care of our needs. Thank you EMC Atlanta Team!!!

My experiences working with Don Goodman and Equitable have been nothing less than horrific. I am a current tenant at one of the buildings that they manage, Pavilion Center located at 9755 Dogwood Road, Roswell GA 30075. Since taking possession and moving into my space, there have been problems specifically with the comfort for myself and my team. I followed the proper channels to report any issues to allow the management company and the landlord to correct them. Over 18 months later, I am STILL waiting for a consistent level of comfort in our suite. The humidity levels are horribly high. In fact, so high that the carpet flooring they installed is lifting throughout our suite, staff are regularly complaining, and there is a dankness we are subject to daily. Equitable Management has been managing my properties for more than 20 years. I have found the entire team to be most professional and always on top of tenant matters. I would recommend Don Goodman to anyone for management and/or sales services in the commercial real estate community.

So I've been a tenant under their management for roughly around 5 years. Well, all they care is about collecting check from tenants for the landlord but doesn't care about what tenants inquire. Especially, The Don guy, he doesn't care about tenants for sure. One of many experiences, one time I had an issue regarding the condition of the space that I rented, he said its not his responsibility even it didn't happened within my "space". Well, until now, I don't know what they are MANAGING or why they named themselves as the management corporation. Reply me when they are actually starting to manage. Worst place. Prefer quarter star.
