Terrible management terrible staff no class customer service. If the property manager allows this then shes in the same boat and allows her staff to be disrespectful. Clearly management has changed because everything has been going down hill. People not staying leaving many vacant apartments. The grounds are awful dirty trashy. Ants all over the place. Why have a option to leave a voicemail if you do not receive it or its not active? Thats a fraud statement so who is getting my information then? Jenna in specific is very very rude i feel like shes racist towards me. She said my phone number was not updated in the system but its updated not only in the resident portal were i pay my rent at and another girl i spoke to said my new number is in the system and has been for a few months. so I'

UPDATE 01/25/2022: After receiving an overdue call, my daughter was asked to meet with property manager, Kelly, on January 17. She apologized for the inconveniences experienced and even offered to "make it right" should she decide to stay the term of the lease. My daughter has tried numerous times, yet again, to reach Kelly by email for follow-up which is the way she suggested contacting her (because she always has access). No response! She has tried to reach her by phone. No response and no one in the office knows how to reach Kelly. At this point, there are issues that still need attention and Kelly, Iron Horse and Equimax Property Management has left a new tenant without a resolution. They have blocked her review and will likely block mine. The mishandling of customer service issu

Kelly King does exist but is never ever on property. She claims she is able to manage the property by not actually being there. Unfortunately she is in charge of 3 properties, by herself, and is not a regional manager just a property manager and has zero ability to delegate tasks to her assistant managers that work onsite. For example at Iron Horse, Chris is the assistant property manager but is not given any authority to make any decisions about the property even though he has worked there for 3 years and is always onsite and has personal experience of what is going on (technically his position allows him to share the authority but Kelly will never allow that). Kelly works from home and in her car, she has zero first hand knowledge of anything that is going on at her properties.

Apartment locators be very careful and do not send clients to any of these unless you want to work for free . Kelly does not return phone calls nor do they pay locators after saying they will! It’s very unfortunate !

Be careful when speaking to office personnel in Iron Horse, which is managed by Equimax. The office personnel immediately will instruct you to contact a "Kelly" via email only "Kelly" never responds. And when O questioned Chris, manager for Iron Horse about this fact, he avoided answering the question and stated that he was the one with whom to deal...very shady and even wonder if "Kelly" even exists!
