Epic Development built my home on Felker Ward and I couldn’t say better things! We ended up selling this year and it sold in 6 days in the poor sellers market to a couple from the neighborhood who had been looking for over a year because of the quality! 10/10 recommend. Easy to work with, quality home from a builder that isn’t just a mass producer of cookie cutter homes.

Five star quality construction and stellar customer service. These builders know what they are doing and produce an exemplary product from top to bottom. You know when you walk in the door and look around that the attention to detail is there. They build homes they can be proud of and would want to live in themselves. Personal attention and if there ever was an issue it was handled professionally and to the clients satisfaction.

Stay away from Epic's modern home. Tons of us (from diff communities) are dealing with water damage bc of bad design and poor craftsmanship
