I had a great experience with the maintenance technician, Bianney Manriquez. She responded very quickly to my request and arrived right on time. She was extremely professional, respectful, and courteous throughout the entire process. She diagnosed and fixed the issue efficiently and accurately, making sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. I really appreciated how detail-oriented he was. She also wore protective shoe covers, which showed respect for our home and cleanliness — that meant a lot to me. Overall, excellent service. Fast, precise, professional, and very respectful. I truly appreciate her work and would highly recommend her.

I am living a true nightmare in this apartment. About four weeks after moving in, leaks, insects, and uninhabitable conditions began to appear. Maintenance started repairs, but I am still displaced from the unit. It has already been two weeks of continuous disruption, and they requested three more weeks to complete the work, meaning nearly five weeks of problems with no definitive solution. All responsibility has been shifted to the insurance, yet the coverage does not cover the entire period or all the expenses I have incurred. I was forced to take on additional costs and still face delays in reimbursements for basic expenses such as electricity consumed by the maintenance work itself. On top of that, there is no formal office for contact. Communication is poor, slow, and lacks any focu

Following my initial review, managers Daniel and Robyn contacted me and worked with me to address the situation. The matter was handled professionally, and I appreciate their communication and efforts to reach a resolution. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Because Google does not allow multiple reviews for the same property, I had to delete my previous review and post this one again. Before move-in, the leasing office’s auto reply states that they will respond within 48 hours. That was true before I moved in, as responses were quick and timely. However, after move-in, they almost never respond within 48 hours. I have repeatedly raised the issue of severe noise from the unit above me over the past several months and have communicated with the l

The apartment itself is acceptable. The pool is good, the gym is adequate but nothing impressive, and having a garage is a plus. I also haven’t experienced issues with package delivery. Maintenance response times are slow and inconsistent. Requests can take up to a week to be addressed, even for issues that should require quicker attention. The main problem is management. Communication is extremely poor and often nonexistent. There is a clear lack of urgency, accountability, and professionalism when concerns are raised. Follow-ups are frequently required, and issues are not handled in a timely or organized manner. This significantly detracts from what could otherwise be a decent living experience.

This is the worst apartment I have ever lived in. Epic Apartment withheld part of my deposit using a fake “damage” claim on the cooktop. It was nothing more than normal wear and tear, yet they tried to charge me for a full replacement. Do not expect to get your security deposit back — they will find any excuse to take your money. Management is dishonest, unprofessional, and completely indifferent to residents’ concerns. They don’t follow basic move‑out standards — they look for excuses to take your money. Maintenance is sluggish, careless, and unreliable — repairs take forever, and when they finally show up, the work is rushed and sloppy. Communication is a joke: emails go unanswered and problems get brushed off. Package theft is rampant. Deliveries are basically donations to thieves. Pa
