Epernay Apartments

Since they want to take my review down here it is again. This original review was from about 5 months ago but it seems to have been taken down. This was true then and will probably still be true now. Check my pics i posted on yelp and see the state of the complex. It's horrid. If I could give it zero Stars I would. Living here has been the worst experience I've ever had with any apartment complex or leasing agency ever. The office does not care. The only person that cares is Kenny and maintenance. He's great but the office doesn't give a crap. You call them in the morning. They don't call you until right before they're going to close just so you have less of a chance of calling them back until the next day. They don't care about their tenants. I believe none of these apartments. At least

I lived at this apartment complex for three years, and it was the worst apartment experience l've ever had. actively warn others to avoid it due to poor management, dishonesty, and unsafe conditions. The property manager consistently denied problems even when provided with proof, often contradicting the lease and gaslighting tenants. When my 10-year-old son was bullied and harassed by other children in the complex (both at home and school), managenment claimed their "hands were tied" and suggested call the police on a child--despite the lease explicitly prohibiting tenant harassment. Action was only taken after the situation escalated at the school. Parking was a constant issue. The lot was never properly maintained, with faded or invisible lines causing unsafe parking. ***in response to your response. Every time I have reached out via phone. no one has ever returned my call. I tried to settle with your company directly and couldn't get a response. Then got a ding on my credit that was a debt from you all. The collection agency even said you guys do not respond. So your response on this google review is a crock of crap. Your company does not care and you can tell by the quality of your apartments/complex and how you handle your tenants. When I moved out I gave 30 days notice and left the apt in move in ready condition. @ the time Kimberly the manager told me they changed the lease to 60 day notice. They charged me all sort of cleaning fees and replacement dry wall fees that were not needed. I am in contact with a collection agency that now has the case a

I lived here for almost 4 years and it would be very difficult to recommend this apartment complex at this time. Recent neighbors have moved in and for the past few months my apartment reeks of marijuana and tobacco. I work 12 hours a day as a counselor and also workout (cycle, run, hike, etc.) and the smoke is wreaking havoc on my health and sleep. To the neighbor smoking 12 plus hours a day, you have an addiction and there is help out there for you. I would have given this apartment complex 5 stars but not when it’s impacting my career, hobbies, and health. Maintenance and location are great but I’m not able to come home and have peace with the above issues.

Dingy, overpriced, poorly run. Apartment was filthy on move in, charged me for things noted on move in documents. Unit smelled like cigarettes. Car was broken into because “security” was not a real thing. Don’t waste your time here
