Dawn did an amazing job of selling my house. She knew exactly what it took to get a price I wanted. She had a painting crew in and staged it beautifully, emphasizing the classic hardwood floors. She was terrific at showing it. I'd highly recommend her!

Dawn has helped me purchase two homes and sell one. All were great experiences. The most recent project was a major renovation, taking the insides down to the studs and building it back up. She did this with her trusted contractor and husband, Terry. She was patient with my making decisions within the budget, offered elegant design advice, and was a critical partner throughout the project (and afterward.) I can't it has been 4 years since Dawn helped us find our amazing house in Lake Claire. Her husband Terry was also a great part of the team as we looked at mostly older houses. His input on "great structural ideas we can take forward" or "NO!!!! house looks good but foundation is rotting and is basically a teardown".
