Representative Sabrina at Entwood Property in Chico has always been very sufficient in providing the help I need in understanding lease regarding information. She responds with honest and great communication that never fails to impress me. I take pride in having her guide me in any of my slightest concerns to the bigger ones. She is amazing at what she does!!

This place doesn’t even deserve one star. They're a scam! They rent by the room, placing individuals randomly. At the Maple St location, they placed my 19 yr old in a roach infested, filthy unit with a 68 yr old who had a foul order emanating from his room the entire time. Selective on responding. My 19 year old had to submit orders to replace the refrigerator, and spray the place, which took weeks to complete. Thank heavens it was a short term lease, BUT then this place charges move out fees as if the ENTIRE unit was yours! $150 carpet cleaning fee for a ROOM!?! $133 to paint walls that didn’t even have any kind of damage. Here’s the kicker, they charged us for cleaning the bathrooms and best believe they WERE NOT clean when he arrived!! I’d post the videos of his initial walk-through and

Entwood is hands down the WORST company I’ve ever dealt with. Please read the reviews and believe them. Our experience at 374 Rio Lindo was a complete nightmare, and I truly don’t understand how this company is still operating. We lived there for 8 months and didn’t leave by choice—the unit became unsafe, unsanitary, and unlivable, and Entwood repeatedly ignored us. Within days of moving in, we discovered a severe roach infestation that was clearly building-wide and long-standing. Pest control was a joke: a basic spray the exterminator said we could buy at Home Depot, applied only to parts of our unit. The roaches only got worse, spreading behind appliances, under furniture, and into our belongings. We submitted countless maintenance requests, and Entwood kept sending the same ineffectiv
