Ent - Shirley Stange - Mortgage Loan Officer

Decided to give ENT another chance....so wish we did not....they have not changed in three years......Their payment system is OLD. The ONE person working in mortgages is clueless, with an attitude she could care less about her job. NO customer service from her and her supervisor is even more ridiculous. He stated, we are looking to hire people. NO ONE hired since Oct. Still lame, disinterested ONE employee you can deal with. We will be looking elsewhere for what we need. With REAL engaged employees who actually are interested in doing their job.

Shirley was beyond rude and couldn’t care less about getting our loan approved. Went to another lender and was approved for full amount.
