If you value your sanity, your child’s sleep, or your wallet — do not move into Enso Apartments. Living at Enso Apartments has been the worst experience of my life. Fire alarms go off every other week — not once in a while, but constantly. This is not normal, it is negligence. During my pregnancy, I went two sleepless nights because the ringing in my ears would not stop. Now, as a new mother, I watch my baby shake in terror every time the alarms blast. No child should be subjected to this. The noise level is unbearable and unsafe. The last year here has been pure hell. Every flashing light throws me into panic, my work meetings have been ruined, and I have had to find extra childcare just to cope during endless "fire inspections." I wanted to share my recent experience living in Enso Apartments and wanted to share how deeply disturbed I am with the recent problems that I have been facing in the apartment. We have the maintenance team visiting our apartment on a daily basis. Some of the past issues I can highlight from the last 4 weeks are : 1. Water Leakage caused by Air Conditioner pipe leading to water seeping into walls and bathroom door stopped working. There was a big dehumidifier placed for almost a week to fix the walls and when that did not work, there were multiple replacements done for baseboard, panels etc. The guest bathroom and entry way was blocked because of dehumidifiers running for at least a week in addition to the extreme noise, discomfort and chaos inside the apartment. 2. No safety. Car was broken into inside the garage in the middle of the night. 40 cars were broken into. The leasing is doing nothing. No reimbursement. No cameras in the garage. Mail also frequently gets stolen. Alarms go off in the middle of the night. Please do not stay here.

My experience with this lease transfer was frustrating and unnecessarily expensive, costing me thousands in extra rent. I had clearly requested a specific unit, yet the office failed to reserve it. Because of this, I had no choice but to take another unit that didn’t align with my notice period for my previous apartment, resulting in rent overlap for both places. The management was unwilling to adjust the notice period and consistently failed to communicate effectively. I called several times and was repeatedly told that my request was “in process” and I would be assigned the unit soon. However, no confirmation ever came, and every call felt like starting from scratch. Promised call-backs never happened, and the hefty transfer fee added to the frustration. Recommendation: Save yourself

Whether it’s loud conversations, echoing laughter, or surprise music sets, there’s always something exciting happening — even during quiet hours! Best of all, there’s no need to worry about getting help: calling the office after hours is part of the immersive experience (spoiler alert: no one answers). A big shout-out to the elusive Courtesy Patrol team — wherever you are, you’re doing an amazing job staying hidden. For those of us who enjoy a touch of chaos with our rent, Enso is truly unbeatable.
