Ensemble Senior Apartments

I brought my mom in May of last year to take a tour and we both fell in love. Qiara was so helpful and accommodating and she really made my mom feel welcome. We got my mom on the waiting list and were told some openings were coming up in September of last year. My mom called in October to just see if she could get an update on her status and talked to a manager. The lady was somewhat rude and short with my mom and once she found out she was on the waiting list, seemed to change her attitude. Well fast-forward to the other day. My mom was here for the holidays and she had received a phone call from a lady name Erica on December 20th, but missed the call. I’m extremely disappointed in the quality of living here recently. My parents have lived in this community for years without any major issues, but over the past year there has been a building-wide pest problem that management doesn’t seem able to resolve. The treatments appear inconsistent, and the urgency or care put into fixing the issue feels very minimal. What makes it even more frustrating is that the rent continues to increase every year like clockwork, even for many of the elderly residents living here. At the same time, the quality of the community and services has noticeably declined. There used to be regular events for residents — birthday celebrations, guest activities, things like Grandparents Day — that helped create a sense of community. Now the only event that seems to happ

Lousy customer service when going to view apartments!!! They don’t give you price of apartments till after you fill out an application and you don’t know the price of your rent or what floor you can live on until they view your income!!!! There must be some really stupid people living in Las Vegas to want to live on that property!!!
