Absolute worst realtor in Dallas in my experience. I was looking to buy a second home and rent out. The realtor Angel did not care to contact the Hoa to find out if they allow rentals in the community. I am now saddled with an empty home and mounting losses all thanks to the amateurish realtor. Be very careful with these realtors who will be in a hurry to close and then you are on your own.

As a new agent looking for a brokerage, I had extremely high hopes with Engel and Volkers. I was recommended by a friend and she spoke very highly of them. Unfortunately, that is not the experience I received after the first initial interview. I was met with rescheduled appts multiple times and after several weeks of trying to meet with the operations manager in hopes to sign, I gave up. If you are looking for a brokerage with great communication, I would personally look else where.
