In the 17 months in which Enfort was building a house & its DADU across the street from me, the trucks destroyed the area in front of my house by illegally parking on the grass of the right-of-way. I reached out many times (text, phone, website, etc..) to ask if Enfort would lay down grass seed to repair the damage. None of my outreaches were returned. When owner Greg Lynch came to look at the house, he parked immediately in front of the gate to my house (only way in or out), blocking me in my home. Nearly every day of the construction I had to pick up garbage dumped in front of my house. My yard/compost bin was used for plastic from the site & once it was entirely filled with used painting supplies. They are very good at making modern look designer homes. Their interior architecture and designs for each room is so beautiful and useful. I have seen very detailed work in each and every room which any home owner will like to have. Their price point seem to be on the expensive side but with the work they do, it does not feel like a lot. Some of their houses are built on a congested space, however, it does not bite at all when you are inside the house. Whats New - while showing houses, all wear masks and maintain the 6 feet distance.

Enfort Homes is incredible at what they do, and also great to work for. We are a subcontractor for them and have worked for hundreds of contractors in the greater Seattle area and they are definitely one of the best we work with. Their product speaks for itself, but it's also good to know their subcontractors have respect for the way they run their business. Top notch in every way.
