I didn’t pass the inspection the first time so Carlos was sent out to complete the test. He too was on time, polite, and professional. Although there was a misunderstanding with the fee for coming back, Mike handled the situation very professionally and the issue was resolved. Thank you Energy Masters for your service! 🩵
